Common area

Exclusive space for community members, designed so that the whole family can enjoy a moment outdoors in the recreation area with pool, as well as a Dog Park and a tree house for children.

The services and all the logistics of the restaurant will be managed in the central house. But, you can have the independence from it to achieve your own autonomy without having to depend on the central area.

The intention is to be able to use all the space together or separately without the need to duplicate spaces.

Restaurant

The idea for this restaurant is designed so each member is able to enjoy "La cocina de casa" as this will be the central restaurant of the community. Each member will be able to taste all the meals of the day with special rates.

The members may also request certain local made products, such as jams, preserves or some specific products at no cost. This is a special service for those who have minimal experience in the kitchen or for the most professional who want to take a break, but feel like consuming "food at home".

Market

The idea of the market space is to integrate the community with regional products that will gain visibility and recognition. Generate a market space with a minimum of six stores:

● Oysters & Wines
● Fresh Seafood
● Vegetables, Natural Juices & Seeds
● Sales Office
● Concept Store
● Boutiques

Community Members:
Fresh produce on the property for consumption in your home. If you want the catch of the day, organic vegetables or freshly baked bread, you can obtain it and having various establishments that you can access with special rates and personalized requests.

Spa

Established in two areas, one on commercial land and the other on the land of the entire community. Inside the private commercial area a mixed spa where different spa therapies are offered, as well as salon of care for all. Inside the common area, with wooden floor. Through an agenda will be held different activities and ceremonies that generate strategic alliances with recognized organizations.

Community Members:
Community members will have full access to every event that happens within this area, whether special activities or exclusive events.

Farm to the Table
The orchards will be scattered throughout the green areas throughout the project, generating different dynamics between producers and consumers.

Community Members:
Community members will be all to enjoy (free of charge) homegrown fruits and vegetables or they could have their own home garden attended by our quinteros.

Hotel, Villas and Casitas

The hotel has 24 rooms of approx. 50 m2 highlighting its comfort. Each one has a private outdoor area, where you can welcome guests. In the morning guests will receive a basket of fruit and vegetables from the garden, Concept Store products, candle service, audio and cinema, etc

In the designated area of “land for sale”, a business plan is being developed to offer those interested in not only acquiring land, but also being part of a profitable business. This business consists of building villas or more hotel rooms. Where the owner can join a hotel operation that generates profitability and quick recovery of its investment.

Beach Club

The beach club it is located on the Pacific coast penisula, where each member of the community can access their exclusive space, within an area with lounges, armchairs, towels a restaurant specializing in sea grill and music of the collective of artists Tekio is not only a gastronomic experience but also musical. The ideal place to contemplate the sunsets and taste delicious oysters watching the sea.

Tekio is the place to converge with worldly members of our community,turning this into a meeting point.

Tekio will promote the musical, local and international chacter as well as the care and financial development of the area, utilizing local products.
